How do I get a fee estimate for probate? #
Submit the Probate Quote form. We will review your details and reply with our estimated fees for your Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration application.
How do I engage you for a probate application? #
There are three ways to engage us:
- Submit Probate Online, then book an appointment to meet our lawyer.
- Book an appointment directly at book.law.com.sg/probate and bring the relevant documents with you.
- Upload your documents through our Probate Upload portal for review, then book an appointment with our lawyer.

What are the common probate documents to sign? #
Depending on your matter, the common Court documents for Probate matters are:
- Administration Oath
- Consent of Co-Administrator
- Renunciation of Executor
- Renunciation of Right and Title to Letters of Administration
- Affidavit of Due Execution by a Subscribing Witness to the Will
- Affidavit of Foreign Law
- Affidavit of Domicile
- Supporting Affidavit (with or without Schedule of Assets)
- Supplementary Affidavit with Schedule of Assets
- Supporting Affidavit for Dispensation of Sureties
- Administration Bond
- Affidavit(s) requested by the Court

How do I pay? #
We are not GST-registered, so no GST is charged on our fees. We accept PayNow, NETS or cash at our office, and contactless payment is preferred. Credit card payments are standardised for all our services: payment by credit card at our office attracts a 4% surcharge, and payment by Stripe credit card link attracts a 5% surcharge.
