E. ONLINE LEGAL SERVICES – GUARANTEE POLICY

(i) Document Verification

(a) Upon Receipt:

Check all particulars within seven (7) days of receiving completed documents

(b) Before Signing:

Verify all details before executing any document at our office

(ii) Error Correction

(a) Our Errors:

We will correct spelling mistakes or typographical errors free of charge if notified within seven (7) days

(b) Remedy:

If documents cannot be used due to our error, we will either:

Provide a full refund within twenty-eight (28) days, or
Prepare fresh documents without charge

This excludes third-party disbursements (e.g., SAL fees)

(iii) Abortive Costs

If you:

Cancel after document preparation
Fail to attend within fourteen (14) days
Do not follow up within four (4) weeks

We may charge 80% of the quoted fee as abortive costs.

F. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

By accessing this Website/App, you consent to our Personal Data Protection and Privacy Policy. We will:
