Singapore Notary Public Fee for Certified True Copy (CTC) Services
What is a Certified True Copy?
A Certified True Copy (CTC) is a copy of a document that a Notary Public has verified as a true and accurate reproduction of the original. This process is crucial for various legal and administrative purposes, including visa applications, business transactions, and personal legal matters.
Prepare Your Documents
- Ensure that you have the original documents and photocopies ready for certification.
- If hardcopy documents, eg. passport, birth certificate, please bring along the originals.
- If digital documents, please forward us the original PDF document (without modification), and show the Notary Public on how you have downloaded from the relevant PDF document from the specific website from your mobile or laptop.
- If digital documents were forwarded by email, we may require the client to forward us the original email (with souce code intact) to us via email so that we can verify its origin and/or authenticity.
- At our discretion, to verify the authenticity of any pre-signed documents (digital or hardcopy), we may require SingPass verification in advance prior to notarisation. Please read our help article.
- We reserve the right to reject any document for notarisation without assigning any reason.
