Powers of attorney

HDB Power of Attorney

For a Power of Attorney relating to specified HDB matters. This is separate from buying or selling an HDB flat; we do not handle HDB sale or purchase conveyancing.

Specific Power of Attorney

For a Power of Attorney for a particular purpose, or the revocation of an existing Power of Attorney.

Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA)

For LPA Form 1 certification. Complete the OPGO steps and obtain your Donees’ acceptance before booking; hardcopy applications follow a separate route.

Property, deputyship and business

Property & conveyancing

For private property purchases, sales, mortgages, refinancing and related work. Select the quote form that matches your transaction.

Deputyship (Mental Capacity Act)

Use the dedicated quote or instruction form to provide the circumstances and documents for a proposed deputyship application.

Commercial agreements

Drafting and review work is considered on a limited basis, subject to scope and availability. We typically assist our existing clients in merger and acquisition of companies relating to real estate transactions.
