Testators aged 71 and above

Where we ask for a doctor’s certificate of mental capacity, we need more time to take your instructions and to explain your will to you. Our minimum fee in those cases is S$500, so your fee may sit above the range shown above.

How to read your estimate

The figures shown are indicative only. They are not a quote, an offer or a fixed fee. Complexity often becomes clearer when we take your full instructions, so the final fee may differ from the range shown. All fee quotations are estimates. The final fee depends on your final instructions and any further updates at our office.

The estimate excludes: the Singapore Academy of Law Wills Registry fee and our administration fee for recording your will (on a voluntary basis); the surcharge where instructions are taken in Mandarin or Hokkien; any translation or interpretation by a third party.

We only handle wills where the testator attends our Singapore office for our lawyer to explain the contents in person and oversee signing. You may instruct us online while overseas, but must attend our office in Singapore to sign. We do not draft, prepare or witness wills intended to be signed outside Singapore.
