It is a draft based on the information you provide. You must review and tailor it. Completing the online form does not make an SD a completed declaration and does not replace any required signing or witnessing.
Can I edit the Word document?
Yes. Check the draft and edit it to reflect your circumstances and the recipient’s requirements. Keep a copy of the final version for your records.
Does the free form include a lawyer’s review?

What if I need a different document?
The available automated form is listed above. For an agreement or other legal document, request a drafting quotation. Do not adapt an SD template for a different purpose without checking what is required.
