Any Questions?

How our legal documents automation works

  1. First, choose the form for the document you need.
  2. Second, enter the particulars, and pay online where a fee applies.
  3. Third, our system generates the draft, and it emails you a Word file in docx format.
  4. Finally, edit the draft, and then bring it to our lawyer or Notary Public if you need it witnessed.

Consequently, you save the time that a first draft usually takes. However, please read the draft carefully before you sign anything.

Which legal documents can you generate?

At present, the statutory declaration form is available free of charge. Furthermore, we will add more legal documents from time to time, and each new form appears on this page.

  • Statutory declaration. A written declaration of facts, which you then declare before a Commissioner for Oaths or a Notary Public.
  • More forms to follow, for example simple letters of authority and standard notices.

Why automation saves you time

A first draft takes the longest. Therefore, generating that draft from structured answers removes most of the typing and most of the back and forth. In addition, the wording stays consistent, because every draft comes from the same reviewed template.

What automated legal documents cannot do

An automated draft is not legal advice, and it does not consider your particular circumstances. Nevertheless, our lawyers can review the draft, and they can adapt it for you. Above all, where the matter is contentious, or where the sums are significant, please take advice before you sign.

Meanwhile, if the document must be declared, sworn or notarised, please read our Commissioner for Oaths page or our Singapore Notary Public page. You may also check the Singapore Statutes Online service for the underlying legislation.

This page gives general information only, and it is not legal advice.

It depends on the type of document to be generated. Where a fee is required, you need to pay via credit card before you are able to submit.

After submission, you will receive a word document in docx format via your email.

Once you have received the auto-generated document, to remove the copyright, you need to edit and tailor the document according to your requirements.

Once you have edited the Statutory Declaration according to your requirement, you may print out a copy of the final document and bring to our Notary Public to declare in his presence.
