What the service covers
Our lawyer attends while you sign and adds the lawyer’s signature, name, designation and stamp as witness.
The calculator covers:
- Forms, such as bank, ACRA and application forms.
- Agreements and similar documents, such as guarantees, memorandums and undertakings.
Legal advice and document review are outside this witnessing service. We can quote separately if required.

- Every signatory must attend in person and sign before the lawyer.
You must be conversant in English and understand the document. This service does not include witnessing wills.

Is this the right service?
Follow the requirements of the organisation receiving your document. If it requires a different officer or act, please use the appropriate service:
- Notary Public witnessing for documents requiring notarisation.
- Commissioner for Oaths for an oath, affirmation or statutory declaration within that service.
- Lawyer certified true copy service if you need a copy certified for use in Singapore.
- Singapore wills service for a will.
Service conditions
Witnessing is limited to execution. Our lawyer may state that no legal advice was sought or given.
Fees are indicative and may vary with the work required. Our lawyer may decline the service at his sole discretion. Terms apply.
Optional copies are charged at S$0.15 each for black and white and S$1 each for colour, as shown in the calculator.

Does the fee include legal advice?
No. It covers attendance and witnessing only. Please request a separate quotation if you need the document reviewed or advice on its effect.
Can two or more people sign?
Yes. Every signatory must attend in person and bring identification. Use the calculator to estimate the fee for your requirements.
Should I sign before coming?
No. Bring the document unsigned so that you can sign before the lawyer.
How long does the appointment take?
Most appointments take about ten minutes. Longer documents or additional requirements may take more time.
