We are a Singapore law firm at Middle Road. Since 1994, we have assisted individuals and businesses with property conveyancing, wills, probate and other personal and business legal matters.
OUR PRACTICE
A Singapore law firm for property, personal documents and estates
Conveyancing is a principal part of our practice. We act in sales, purchases, mortgages and refinancing of private residential, commercial and industrial properties, and assist with mortgage discharge and ancillary property matters.
We also prepare wills, apply for grants of probate and letters of administration, and prepare Deed Polls and powers of attorney. Notary Public, Commissioner for Oaths and LPA Form 1 certification services are available by appointment.
Before you enquire
We do not undertake HDB conveyancing. HDB Power of Attorney services are available separately.
We do not arrange consular legalisation. Commercial agreements are undertaken on a limited basis, subject to the scope and our availability.
