Overseas witnessing and returning the original papers may involve separate fees or courier costs. Tell us where you intend to sign so we can explain our scope. Please obtain our signing instructions before making arrangements with an overseas witness.

If you sign overseas and use CPF Ordinary Account savings to buy the flat, an official at a Singapore Overseas Mission must witness and seal or stamp the POA. A foreign notary is not sufficient for this purpose. See HDB’s purchase guidance.

Yes. State that the flat belongs to a deceased owner’s estate and that you act as executor or administrator. Mention how many personal representatives and proposed attorneys are involved. We will assess the appropriate route and confirm the fee for those instructions.
