No. A search depends on the records available. We cannot promise that a copy remains, and we do not hold the original Deed Poll.

Contact us to discuss the circumstances and ask the recipient what other evidence it accepts. A new Deed Poll does not itself reproduce the lost document or prove its earlier execution.
Which type of certified copy should I choose?
Follow the receiving organisation’s instructions. Requirements can differ, including for overseas use. Tell us the destination and purpose if you need help identifying the appropriate service.
Can I apply for my child?
The online form includes an option for a parent applying for a minor child whose Deed Poll that parent signed. If your circumstances differ, contact us before submitting.
