Payment Methods
We offer a number of legal services to our clients in Singapore and Overseas, including online legal services through our various websites and SG Lawyers Mobile App. For the convenience of our clients, we accept several payment methods in Singapore, and you can review all the available payment methods stated on this page below. Therefore, please choose whichever option is most convenient for you.
Kindly do not remit unsolicited funds to our bank accounts or through Online Payment or PayNow. For Bank or Telegraphic (Wire) Transfers, kindly remit funds net of Remitting and Receiving Bank’s charges. Please also read Caution: Fraud, Scam, Phishing below.
Upon remittance, please let us have copy of the remittance advice / screenshots via email so we can trace the payment, together with your Name, Mobile No., Email, Invoice No. (if any), File Reference, and Subject Matter.
Payment Methods for Legal Services
PayNow, NETS and Cash payments are the most common payment methods for our legal services that do not require advance payment or deposit prior to engagement. These payments are made during your attendance at our office. For payment of deposit where monies are held in our Clients’ (Trust) Account, NETS and PayNow payments are not available. Contactless payment is preferred, and our PayNow UEN is T14LL2317F.

- Lasting Power of Attorney

Apart for those services which require cash / NETS payment, you may effect payment of our legal services by way of Cheque drawn on a Singapore Bank and issued in favour of LOH EBEN ONG LLP. Cheque payment is for value of S$500 and above.
For cheque payment, kindly state your name, contact no., email address, subject matter and our Invoice No. (if any) on the rear of the cheque, and send it to our Singapore Office. If you have received our Invoice, please send your cheque together with the Payment Slip for easy identification of your payment.
For payments to our Clients’ (Trust) Account, such as deposit for Probate and Divorce, you will need to pay by cheque (or cash payment), and NETS payment is not permitted.
Please be informed that official receipt will not be issued for cheque payment.

- Notary Services ($500 and above)

- Property and Conveyancing
- Trade Mark Registration
Credit cards, Stripe and PayPal payment options are available for selected services through our Online Submission form (eg. Power of Attorney signed Overseas). For payment, we may charge a surcharge of 5%.
Online Payments are usually for clients who are Overseas and wish to make quick payment using their credit cards. Typical services where this mode is used include Power of Attorney to be signed overseas.
We accept Credit Card payments for selected legal services. Please note that credit card payments are subject to a surcharge, as follows:
- Credit card payment via NETS is subject to a credit card surcharge of 4%.

Please note: All credit card payments (including online payments via Stripe) are subject to an additional credit card surcharge. Please refer to the respective tabs above for the applicable surcharge rates.
Caution: Fraud, Scam, Phishing
Cyber-crime is increasingly common. Please be on your guard against criminals trying to divert monies to their own account and use common sense. Due to our popularity, reputation and our long establishment on the internet, some scammers have attempted to fraudulently impersonate Loh Eben Ong.
If you are suspicious of any request for money purportedly from Loh Eben Ong (eg. email, invoice), please do not transfer money without speaking to our office at +65 6338 1810 or email us. Loh Eben Ong LLP will not be liable for any money sent to a wrong account.
