Chasen Holdings unit seals S$4.8m engineering deal

It'll be a local engineering project.

According to an SGX release, Chasen Holdings Limited announced that the Group’s subsidiary, Global Technology Synergy Pte Ltd (“GTS”), has clinched a local engineering project worth about S$4.8 million.

The project is commercial in nature and involves the design and build of Class 100K and Class 10K clean rooms, including ancillary facilities for de-ionized water, process cooling water, waste water treatment, process vacuum, compressed dry air, electrical and instrumentation, BMS as well as fire protection system. The contract shall be executed over six months from November 2012 to April 2013.

Barring unforeseen circumstances, it is expected that the Project would have no material impact on the Group’s financial performance in terms of NTA per share and earnings per share but would have a positive contribution to the financial result of the Group for the current financial year ending 31 March 2013.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.

Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.

We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.

If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
