The SmoothEye or Smooth laser pulse is a unique laser that targets the mucosal layers of our face. How SmoothEye Combo Laser Treats Eye Wrinkles

SmoothEye laser uses a non-ablative SMOOTH mode to treat the delicate skin around the eyes in a smooth, “feather-like” manner, with laser energy delivered in a sub second long pulse sequence that prevents temperature build up at the surface skin. The controlled surface tissue heating for collagen stimulation and skin tightening makes SMOOTH eye ideal for treating loose eyelid skin and periorbital wrinkles or what is commonly known as crow’s feet.

Eyebags are caused by the loosening and stretching of ligaments and tissues around the eye area. One such important structure is the periorbital septum. As shown in this image, aging causes laxity in the septum, which results in eyebags.
