My name is Celest and I am the Client Care Administrator here at Sofia Wellness Clinic. I love being part of this practice and am committed to providing exceptional support to all our clients. 

At Sofia Wellness Clinic, I answer your questions about our services, manage scheduling of appointments and handle all administrative aspects of your care, including invoicing. 

My friendly demeanor and attention to detail ensure that your interactions with our practice are seamless and stress-free. I understand that seeking counselling can be a vulnerable step, and I’m dedicated to making the process as comfortable as possible.

As I work remotely to juggle my family commitments as a working parent, I may not always be available to answer calls immediately. However, please feel free to send us a WhatsApp message or an email, and I will get back to you promptly. 

Outside of work, I find joy in quality time with friends, unwinding with good dramas, and catching up on rest.
