LEO Sign: sign documents with Singpass
LEO Sign is the free digital signing service of Loh Eben Ong LLP. You can sign documents with Singpass on law.com.sg, using your Singpass app to approve the signature.

Upload your own document
Use the Sign page to upload a PDF, enter your contact details and position the signature box. Check that it is the complete, final version before you sign.
If our office asked you to endorse a document, follow its instructions and let us know once you have completed the signing.
Received a signing invitation?
Open the personal link in our email and review the document. Use that link for the request; you do not need to upload a second copy on the public Sign page.
Do not forward your signing link. If it has expired, or the document needs correction, contact our office before proceeding.
How to sign documents with Singpass
- Open or upload. Follow our emailed link, or upload your PDF and enter your details on the Sign page.
- Review and position. Read every page. For your own upload, place the signature box where it should appear.
- Approve with Singpass. Select “Sign with Singpass” and follow the official signing prompts using your own account.
- Download and keep. Save the completed PDF promptly. For a request involving several signers, follow the completion notice from our office.
Keep the original signed PDF. A printed copy does not preserve the electronic signature for digital verification.
Singpass signing before notarisation
We may ask you to endorse a document with Singpass before your appointment. This provides an additional record linking the endorsement to your Singpass identity.
Signing through LEO Sign is not notarisation. It does not certify the truth of the contents, your authority to sign, or the authenticity of an underlying document. The Notary Public must still assess the document and the act required.

Check that digital signing is suitable
A document being accepted for upload does not establish its legal validity or the recipient’s acceptance. Check the signing requirements before using LEO Sign.
Do not use this service for wills, powers of attorney, trust instruments or property conveyancing documents. Ask us about the correct process for your matter.
The Electronic Transactions Act 2010 contains specific exclusions and exceptions. Some documents use separate statutory digital processes. LEO Sign does not replace those processes or any required witnessing.
Questions about signing with Singpass
Who can use LEO Sign?
You need an eligible Singpass account and the Singpass app set up on your phone. Check our eligibility and signing FAQs if you use a foreign user account or are unsure whether your account supports signing.
Is there a fee to sign documents with Singpass?
LEO Sign is free to use. Notarial work, certification and other professional services remain chargeable. See the Notary Public Fee Guide if you also need notarisation.
Can several people sign?
Our office can arrange signing in sequence or in separate counterparts, depending on the document. Contact us to arrange a request involving several signers; uploading a file yourself does not set up that process.
What if my PDF is rejected?
Check the file size and the error message. Password protection, existing digital signatures, interactive forms or a damaged file may prevent an upload. Read the PDF upload guidance before preparing a replacement. Do not remove an existing digital signature from a document you need to preserve.
How long is my document available?
Our Terms of Use provide for deletion of signed and unsigned documents from the signing system 14 days after upload. Download your signed PDF promptly and keep it safely.
Does signing engage the firm as my lawyers?
No. Using LEO Sign alone does not create a solicitor-client relationship or mean that we have reviewed or approved your document. Contact us separately if you require legal advice or professional services.
